A Northern Virginia native, Andy has lived in the Richmond area since 2004 and currently resides in Glen Allen. Over the past 30+ years, he worked in the telecommunications and security industries and has held leadership and individual contributor roles in Product Management, Sales Engineering, and Field Operations. He earned an undergraduate degree from Mary Washington University and an MBA from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business.
During his career, he has worked for several large national and global telecommunications providers. Andy’s focus has been on gaining an understanding of customer requirements, conducting discovery sessions, and designing/matching solutions to support critical business initiatives. Over the years he has earned several certifications in IP networking, security, voice communication protocols, and is currently an ISC2/CISSP candidate.
Andy is a lifelong music enthusiast and outside of work he’s an active regional musician and vocalist. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Maria, their two children Luke and Caroline, and their 175-pound Newfoundland Louie.
