After leaving the Army in 1997, Nathan started his career in technology as a help desk technician for an on-line game company based in Charlottesville, VA. Nathan’s first step into the world of telecommunications started as a field technician, for a local PBX manufacturer, where he leveraged his newly acquired skills to deploy some of the first VoIP solutions in the Mid-Atlantic.
In 2001 he earned his first pre-sales design engineer position with a national Avaya business partner and has been designing Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions for market ranging from SMB to large Enterprise solutions for Fortune 100 companies ever since. For the past 10 years Nathan has been designing complex enterprise solutions that include UCaaS, CCaaS, SD-WAN and professional services. In all engagements, Nathan’s priority has been to be customer focused, ensuring that the customer’s needs were always met for present and future outcomes.
In his free time, Nathan loves to spend time with his family. If you don’t find him working on projects at home you can find him on the trails, either on a mountain bike, or on his own two feet with a ruck on his back.
