When a customer has identified a technology need, Arcus will assist in developing a requirements document that outlines the unique technical requirements of the business. Arcus will then source qualified service providers that meet the customer defined parameters. The final result is a deliverable document (Planning & Procurement Comparison) which evaluates budget, timeframe, risk, and the technical feasibility of the identified service providers. The Arcus Team will then work with business stakeholders through due diligence and contract negotiation to secure the best service provider for customers’ specific needs.

Arcus’ Program Management Team acts as a layer of support on top of any technology solution. As a consistent partner, Arcus will act as the first point of contact for handling all service-related questions, technical + billing issues, escalations, and renewals. Arcus’ consistent documentation and regular reporting enables customers to know exactly what their technology footprint is in regards to design, costs, contracts, escalations, and support structure.
